What Should You Do?

1. Come Along

As we go through the inspection you will gain valuable insight into your future home. We will discuss the different components as the inspection progresses and you will have a better understanding ofthe value inregular maintenance. You will also have an opportunity to ask important questions that you may think of as you are being shown the house by your agent.

2. Ask Questions

There are many reasons to have a home inspection completed before you purchase any house. One is to make sure high level systems and components are all working at the time of the inspection. It is also important to have someone who can answer questions regarding your house, answers that will give you peace of mind about your purchase. It’s a house before you close, it’s begins to become your home afterwards.

3. Receive Your Report

You will receive a detailed report within 24 hours after the completion of the inspection. Many times you will see it before 9:00 AM the next day. You will receive a link that will include your report that you can download as well as some extra pictures that were taken during the inspection. Your report and inspection pictures will be available for 60 days after the inspection date.
