How it works:

First you can always call us at (303) 952-6062 to set up an inspection or you can reserve a time online.

Select the desired service
Pick a day and time slot that meets your needs.
Fill out the information (only takes about a minute).
When filling in the address, please enter the inspection address.
Once you select submit you're booked, but we may give you a ring to confirm a few items.

There may be a difference of about 30 minutes depending on where the inspection is located. Also, depending on the size of the home or commercial real estate property, the time slot can be adjusted. As you know, everyday is different, but in general these are the days and times we are available.
